Heart Attacks and What to Do Next?

Heart health, and especially for women is very important to me. Without getting too personal, there is a reason why heart health is on my radar. I think it is very important for everyone to be aware of their own family history and the risk factors they may have for heart disease and strokes.

We also need to be aware of what the symptoms of heart attacks and strokes are and what we need to do if we notice them in ourselves or in those we care about.

I have searched for some good youtube videos and especially for survivor stories from both men and women. There are a lot of good youtube videos that are very relevant and informational for the viewers. Please take the time to learn what you need to do to be the healthiest version of yourself that you can be. We need you here on planet Earth for as long as possible.
